The first step is always a short intro call to learn about your company, your team and your project needs. We’ll offer a candid assessment about whether we’d be a good fit, as well as answer all your questions.
If we both agree we’re a fit, we’ll send you a short proposal with more information about how we work and a very broad time and cost estimate. Estimates are non-binding and purely to educate you.
You’ve decided to work with us. Sweet! Now, we start preparing what we need to properly kickoff the project on the official start date. This involves things like creating a repository, setting up a Slack channel, and preparing our tools and templates. We’ll stay in lockstep with you so you’ll never wonder what’s going on.
Now for the fun part – building your app! We’ll stay in constant communication with you throughout the entire project. We’ll be online and available via Slack every workday, and you can ask us as many questions or request as many changes as you like. We’ll also send lots of pictures and videos of our progress so you know exactly where things stand. Plus, we send a progress report on every Friday, detailing what was accomplished during the week and what will be tackled next.
Once a project is ready for launch, we’ll assist you throughout the entire process of actually shipping your app. We also offer a flexible retainer so that we can maintain your app while you gather initial feedback and feature requests from your first users.
